Panel design and layout drawings
Custom control panels, designed and built in Ontario.
Clean layouts, labeled conductors, proper terminations, and complete documentation: panels built for the technicians who will install, commission, and service them for years.
What's Included
Control Panels scope at a glance.
Scope is confirmed against the site, the installed base, and the operating priorities of each project.
DIN-rail construction with wire duct and labeling
Controllers, power supplies, relays, and terminals
Platform-flexible builds across supported brands
Point-to-point documentation in the panel
Retrofit panels matched to existing systems
A panel is where serviceability is won or lost
Every technician knows the difference the moment the panel door opens. A well-built control panel, with a logical layout, wire duct with room to work, every conductor labeled to the drawings, and terminals arranged the way the field wiring actually arrives, makes installation faster, commissioning cleaner, and every future service call shorter. A bad one taxes the building for decades.
Our panels are designed and assembled in Ontario, matched to the project: controller platform, input/output count, power distribution, relays and interposing devices, and the physical realities of the mechanical room where the panel will hang.
Built for the platform your building runs
Because we work across controls platforms, panels can be built around the manufacturer that fits the project, whether that is Strato Automation, Distech, Prolon, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, or another supported line, along with the transformers, relays, switches, and terminal arrangements the design calls for.
Each panel ships with its documentation: layout drawings, wiring diagrams, and termination schedules that match the labels inside the enclosure. For retrofit projects, we build replacement panels that adapt cleanly to existing field wiring, so changeover time on site stays short.
FAQ
Common questions about control panels.
Are panels built to our specification?
Yes. Panels are built to the project's drawings and specification, or we can produce the panel design and documentation ourselves as part of the controls scope.
Which controller platforms can you build around?
The platforms we support generally, including Strato Automation, Distech, Prolon, Johnson Controls, and Honeywell, plus the associated power supplies, relays, and terminal hardware the design requires.
Do panels come with documentation?
Every panel ships with layout drawings, wiring diagrams, and termination schedules that match the labeling inside the enclosure.
Do you install the panels as well?
We can supply panels for installation by others, or handle installation and commissioning ourselves as part of a broader project scope.
