Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
Service, maintenance, and support for the building automation you already have.
Troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance contracts for existing systems, including buildings we didn't originally install, with support that continues long after handover.

Service for existing systems, including ones installed by others
Most service calls start the same way: something in the building is not behaving, and nobody is sure whether the cause is mechanical, electrical, or controls. Our troubleshooting starts from the installed system as it actually is: we review the controllers, programming, field devices, and communication networks on site before changing anything, because on an operating building the risk of a careless change is real.
We service systems across the platforms common in the GTA's building stock, including sites originally installed by other contractors. Aging controllers, discontinued product lines, and orphaned front ends are familiar territory; where parts of a system are truly at end of life, we plan upgrades in phases so the building keeps running while the system is modernized.
Maintenance contracts built around the site, not a template
A high-rise residential building, a school, and an industrial plant do not need the same maintenance program. Service contracts are structured around the actual system condition, the operating priorities of the site, and the response expectations of the operating team: recurring preventive visits, seasonal changeover support, alarm review, and priority response for faults.
And because we treat after-sales support as part of every project rather than a separate product, the team that commissioned your system remains available after handover for follow-up issues, operator questions, and the tuning that only becomes possible once a building is occupied and running through real seasons.
FAQ
Common questions about service & maintenance.
Do you service systems installed by another contractor?
Yes. We regularly take over service on existing systems. The first step is a site review of the installed controllers, software, and networks so we understand the system before making changes.
How are service contracts structured?
Around the site: system condition, criticality, seasonal needs, and response expectations. A contract can range from scheduled preventive visits to a fuller arrangement with priority response and ongoing optimization. We scope it after reviewing the building.
Our controllers are obsolete. Do we have to replace everything at once?
Rarely. Most upgrades can be phased, replacing the most critical or failed components first while keeping the building operating, with a plan for the remaining equipment over time.
Do you provide support after a project is finished?
Yes. After-sales support is part of how we deliver projects. We remain available after startup and handover for follow-up issues, seasonal tuning, and operator support.
