We are not tied to a single manufacturer. Controllers, sensors, actuators, and field devices are selected based on the project requirements, the platform already installed in the building, compatibility, availability, and long-term serviceability. We work with equipment from Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Distech, Strato Automation, Prolon, Belimo, Greystone, Omron, and other established manufacturers.
That flexibility matters most on retrofit and expansion projects, where new devices have to coexist with an existing system. Matching the installed base, or deliberately stepping away from it, is a project decision we make with the owner, not a default.
Installation supervision that protects the design intent
A correct design can still fail in the field: sensors mounted in the wrong location, wiring that ignores the drawings, terminations that make commissioning slow and troubleshooting worse. We supervise controls installation work so what gets built matches the documentation, including device locations, wiring practices, labeling, and panel terminations.
Where the electrical contractor runs the wiring, we coordinate scope boundaries, review the work against the control drawings, and resolve field questions quickly so the installation does not drift away from the design.

Which brands do you supply and install?
We work across platforms rather than pushing one brand, including Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Distech, Strato Automation, Prolon, Belimo, Greystone, and Omron. Selection depends on the project requirements, the installed base, and the long-term support plan.
Do you install in occupied and existing buildings?
Yes. A large part of our work is retrofit and upgrade projects in occupied commercial, institutional, and multi-residential buildings, where installation has to be sequenced around building operations.
Can you supervise installation done by other trades?
Yes. We provide installation supervision where the wiring or mounting is performed by the electrical contractor or another trade, reviewing the work against the control drawings and resolving field coordination issues.
Do you supply equipment without installation?
For selected projects, yes, including control panels and matched device packages. We confirm scope, compatibility, and documentation requirements before supply-only arrangements.
